Your kids are asking you what to do
Your kids’ school teacher is telling you what to do
Your parents are polity, but with slight pressure, telling you what to do
And the worst one? You own HEAD is constantly telling you what to do and if not… make you feel guilty!
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜.
Not on purpose, it is just repeating everything your teacher, parents, friends were telling you when you were a kid. And you keep playing that like a bad song on repeat.
And it is like addictive Netflix series, before you know you are watching the next episode, or in this example, listen to the next crappy story your head is feeding you.
And just like resisting the next Netflix serie coming up on autopilot, resisting that chit chat is like trying to stop a Tsunami with a wall. It will not happen.🌊
𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏’𝒕 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆.
Because you can.
Mindset is key, if you change the neurological pathways and take the negative self-talk out of your system forever, AAAAHHH, that is ultimate freedom. You take back control of that remote and you can stop those crap thoughts to ever come back.
And it that a scary process? Not at all! Your unconscious mind LOVES pictures so most if the process happens with your eyes closed in the comfort of your own couch.
